We are excited to welcome Portland personal trainer Alex Kosinski to Hyatt Training. Her warm, charismatic personality brings the best out of her clients during their workouts which translates in to real results, growth and confidence.
While Alex was a seven-time All-American track athlete in college, she understands that working out can be intimidating for some people. She’s great at making sure her clients feel comfortable and delivers fun, positive workouts. Alex’s specialties are yoga, body weight training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), core training, spinning and lower body strength training.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Oregon and is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
