As trainers, we live to share information on exercise, nutrition, stress management, sleep, meditation, breathing, exercise some more, nutrition a lot more and on and on.

BUT, what good does all that do for us if we don’t have a plan to put it together? Sure we know what we should probably eat, when we likely should go to bed. Implementing those activities in a way that is sustainable is the key, and the trick, to all of it.

SO, here’s my offer to anyone reading this. I’ve been in this business for 25 years. I’ve seen people succeed and fail in every way imaginable. Hell, I’ve succeeded and failed in every way imaginable. I know you have a plan, but plans get disrupted (let’s say by ongoing global pandemics?).

One of my favorite quotes is from Mike Tyson – “everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face”. I know we’ve all been punched in the face. I’ve been punched in the face 100 times in the last four months.

But I LOVE talking about how to make this work. I LOVE to problem solve. I LOVE to find the best ways to help you move in the right direction, the minimum effective dose. And my OFFER is this:

Reach out. Anyone. If you’re reading this, or if you’re reading this and know someone who could use the help, I am making the offer to connect (free of charge) via phone or video chat and talk through your goals and challenges and how you can take small steps to make HUGE change.

Maybe it’s someone in your family, or your entire family. Maybe it’s someone at work, or your entire company. If I can help – and I think I can – I WANT to.

We all likely need a little help right now, a way to feel in control again, and a way to move ourselves in positive directions despite everything happening around us. And the answers may not be what you expected or the way you used to do it. But we’ll find answers. There are ALWAYS answers.

Reach out. Share my contact info. I am here to help.
