We believe in Mondays. But right now? We especially believe in their power. Why?

We’re all grasping for some semblance of control over our lives. Starting the week fresh, with a plan in place and pieces laid out for how we think it could go helps us to move forward. To heal. To get back to business. To get back to life.

#2020 has taught us that we never can really know what to expect from a given week. But as humans, we do crave feeling like we are active participants in how our life shakes out. It’s important for our mental health.

We love starting the week fresh with check marks next to a fridge full of groceries, a meal plan, healthy snacks, scheduled workouts and a clean house. How about you? What’s on your list for a solid start?

We created our Community Connections with a fresh start to the week in mind. Join us at 7:30 Monday morning to kick the week off with Jeremy’s body weight workout!

When it comes to plans, support and structure, if you know anyone who would appreciate our expertise, we’re a referral-based business and we’d love it if you could connect us.

As we battle back from our 100 day closure, we are looking to add clients and sessions inside the studio – or virtually with one of our trainers. We’d really appreciate your five star review on social media, Yelp or Google.

Thank you for being part of the Hyatt Training family. We love providing you with world-class trainers inside a world-class facility alongside a world-class community.

In health,
Lee and Jeremy
