At Hyatt Strength + Wellness, we’re using the PNOE test to measure your VO2 max. One major advantage of the PNOE test is that you don’t have to do your test while running on a treadmill. You can do the test on a treadmill, a spin bike, a rowing machine, or even the Airdyne. We recommend testing every 6 months to allow enough time between tests to see significant changes.
