VO2 max testing

VO2 max is a measure of how much oxygen you’re body can use at a time and is widely regarded as one of the best predictors for heart health and all-cause mortality. Knowing your VO2 max can help determine what to prioritize in your fitness program.

At Hyatt Strength + Wellness, we’re using the PNOE test to measure your VO2 max. One major advantage of the PNOE test is that you don’t have to do your test while running on a treadmill. You can do the test on a treadmill, a spin bike, a rowing machine, or even the Airdyne. We recommend testing every 6 months to allow enough time between tests to see significant changes. Partner your VO2 max test with an InBody body composition scan and our Goals Check-In and allow your trainer to dig in and get your program adjusted to your goals. PNOE testing is open to non-members and members alike. Book your test
