It’s hard to believe that we’ve been in our new studio space for a year! Time really does fly when you’re having fun, and without a doubt, we love working side by side to run Hyatt Training each day.
We couldn’t be more thankful for the members, trainers and super fans (near and far) who are part of the Hyatt Training community. For us it’s all about the people who walk through our doors every day. We’re wild about the faces we see each day, and are thankful for all the new people to join our community in the last 12 months! We feel fortunate to provide an inspiring environment to nurture health and wellness. As much as we love our members, we also love supporting our trainers as they thrive and become the best business owners they can be. We’re still blown away by the village of people who helped us open these doors last summer. Check out some highlights of the last 12 months at the studio!
Highlights of the year…
Last fall we launched our retail space, and got to officially celebrate the new studio during our grand opening party on October 20. We also began our partnership with Advance Sports and Spine physical therapy, and massage therapist Rich Blatt.
We kicked off the New Year with our annual #HOPx10 Hour of Power Challenge and a record number of participants both starting and finishing. The annual speaker series is always a favorite and this year we teamed up with Fit Kitchen Direct and or favorite women’s health experts.
Throughout the year we held monthly mastermind sessions for our trainers and a number of free educational opportunities for them both in training techniques and business ownership. With each new member to the studio we continue our donations to help fund twice weekly yoga classes at Albertina Kerr in the Crisis Psychiatric Care program. We are, and always will be, dedicated to being as green a gym as possible. Our drinking fountain alone has filled up more than 10,000 re-useable bottles worth of water!
The year ended with being voted Best Gym in Portland by Willamette Week for a second year in a row! With arms open wide, we’ll take it!
All the best,
Jeremy and Lee
At Hyatt Training you’ll find more than just a good sweat. Our core values guide each decision we make every day. While we take what we do very seriously, we refuse to take ourselves too seriously. Having fun along the way is important to us, and so is an inspiring environment. We promise our clients they’ve never had so much fun working so hard in a beautiful, service-driven space!
