1. Podcasts: I listen to music all day at work and don’t want to listen to more on drive to/from work. So I listen to podcasts on a variety of topics. Two I am loving right now are The Tim Ferriss Show and How I Built This: Stories from entrepreneurs about how they started their company (hint: listen to the Zumba guys first!) 2. I love the website The Art of Manliness. Tips from shaving to building an olympic lifting platform. Mostly fun stuff about being a better and more handy man!
I just read and loved Emma Seppala’s The Happiness Track, as well as The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah. I’m in love with some of the mini AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) workouts that I’ve stolen from the Hour of Power for my home workouts lately.
