Hyatt Training is so much more than a physical space. And the heart of Hyatt Training is STRONG. Current government guidelines dictate that our physical space must close effective Wednesday, 11/18. However, this in no way indicates that Hyatt Training is not open. Our training sessions will pivot to virtual delivery until we are given the green light to welcome you back to the studio.

What matters most – the HEART of Hyatt Training – remains STRONG.

The BEST pros. Each and every member at the studio has a unique and truly special relationship with their trainer. We only hire trainers who are world-class and believe strongly we have the BEST professionals in town (or any town!).

The BEST people. Trainer Max Steele may have said it best in his recent podcast interview with Jeremy: There’s just something that’s a little bit magic about the group of people who become members at Hyatt Training. With COVID spacing and distance since June, it’s been harder to get a sense of the awesomeness of the community here. But we also know that keeping connections to communities like ours is essential to feeling less emotionally isolated even though we must be physically distant.

The BEST way forward is together. The number one thing you can do right now to stay healthy and boost your immune system is to maintain your exercise routine. Our team are pros at designing effective workouts with whatever your home space or equipment look like. It will help you manage stress, get high quality sleep each night and keep you on track with your goals and overall health. The more support each of us can have right now to stay healthy, the better.

We don’t know when the studio space may reopen, but you have our pledge as a team that we are following the FREEZE guidelines, personally, to the letter. As small business supporters we encourage you to join us. The sooner we all stay home, the sooner numbers decline and we’re able to get back to life as we’ve known it.

The overwhelming majority of our members chose to continue their training online as well as pay their studio membership during our last COVID closure. Our first priority is for you to keep training. That keeps you healthy and keeps your trainer employed. As a studio our rent obligations do not stop during government closures. If you are able to continue your $36 monthly membership it really does mean the world to us. However, of course we understand that this is a difficult time for many and if you need to suspend your membership you can do so by contacting us directly.

During the last 5 months while operating with our COVID protocols we did not have one case of reported exposure. We feel confident in the systems we have in place and welcome the chance to open our doors to you again.

In health,
Jeremy and Lee

PS. All are welcome at our Monday / Friday Community Connections workouts via Zoom. 7:30 – 8:15 a.m. –> all levels body weight strength with Jeremy on Mondays, and all levels yoga flow with Lee on Fridays.
