Inspired by the great benefits kids can get out of professional strength and conditioning coaching and the extra downtime over Thanksgiving break we’re offering two small group coaching opportunities for youth ages 12 – 17. Whether your goal is sport-specific improvements such as increased speed and agility, staying active over the break or learning new strength training techniques, top pros Travis and KC have you covered in this one-of-a-kind session!
Join us Thanksgiving week for 4 days of youth coaching!
Each workout will be professionally designed to get kids moving and maintain fitness, improve form on common exercises, introduce new workout ideas and allow for individual focus on any particular sport specific needs.
Designed for youth ages 12-17, you’ll choose from one of two “teenage friendly” times with groups of no more than 5 kids. Sessions will start at 1pm and 2pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday the week of Nov 20th.
Coach Travis and Coach KC both hold the top credentials in the training industry and undergraduate degrees in exercise science. This power house duo will curate and guide workouts that will focus on mobility, plyometrics, base strength, balance and coordination, and interval training. With small groups, there is an opportunity for both camaraderie and individual attention and with two coaches your kids will stay active and engaged the full session.
