I started training because I saw how exercise and sport changed my own life as well as the lives of my family members. I wanted to bring that transformational power to other people. I enjoy seeing people getting stronger, healthier and enjoying the benefits of their efforts—whether that’s working out, hiking, running, cycling, or keeping up with kids. Seeing others feel better about themselves brings me happiness.
My ideal client is anyone who’s interested in making a change in their fitness journey. I’m passionate about helping folks who are ready to get moving and feel better. I believe first in training stability, then strength and finally power. My fascination with mobility and keeping joints flexible and healthy comes through when I plan and deliver training.
I’ve been told I am a natural in explaining things in thorough detail, which helps clients make the mind-muscle connection that enables continued learning and progress.

I believe in a balanced approach that melds exercise science, progressive principles and maximum efficiency. I want my clients to get the most out of their workouts in as little time as possible so they can empower their lifestyles. Most importantly, I want the exercise programs I design to be sustainable and goal-specific. I also tailor workouts so that they’re enjoyable for all kinds of clients.
Outside the gym
I enjoy listening to music, cooking food and spending time with my partner hiking, camping and doing anything else that involves being outdoors. I love to ski in the winter and bike in the summer.
