When Terry started training, the whole fitness world was a mystery to her, but she was eager and ready to learn. Since then, she has been an absolutely consistent client, and always tries everything her personal trainer Erin Seekins throws at her without hesitation. Her smile and attitude are an infectious presence in the gym, and she inspires everyone around her. She is a living example that it’s never too late to start!

Goals today: To continue to improve my level of mobility and fitness.
Biggest area of improvement: My core and upper body strength has improved tremendously!
Favorite thing about Hyatt Training: First, Hyatt Training is within walking distance, so I love the convenience. Second, the youthful camaraderie and competitiveness of the staff is infectious and fun to be around.
Favorite thing about your personal trainer: Erin is extremely professional and diligent in evaluating my specific needs and planning my personal training. Every session is well planned and purposeful. She uses a wide variety of exercises, keeping each session interesting. I’m never bored and always challenged to the next level!
Proudest achievement or biggest accomplishment since you began working with Hyatt Training: My proudest achievement, so far, is committing to personal training three times a week. As a result, my biggest accomplishment was being able to participate in and enjoy a neighborhood kayaking trip to the San Juan Islands.
