Mazy’s progression over the last 10 months has been truly inspiring. By nature he is a hard working, detail oriented, and committed man; all things a trainer wishes to have in a client. Training Mazy is an absolute blast and being with him on his fitness journey as we reinvigorate his natural athleticism provides the perfect example of what following a dedicated program can achieve. Whether we focus on endurance, strength, or power, Mazy can do it all and for him the sky truly is the limit!

What were your goals when you started? I wanted to get back in shape.
What are your goals today? I’m still trying to get in better shape, but I’ve made great progress over the last 10 months.
What has been your biggest challenge? Was there anything you had to overcome? My biggest challenge is that I eat like a pig. 😊
What have been your biggest areas of improvement? Mobility and strength have been the biggest areas of improvement for me.
What is your favorite thing about Hyatt Training? I like the friendly atmosphere at Hyatt Training.
What is your favorite thing about your personal trainer? I like that Sebastian is very knowledgable and an all around good guy.
What is your proudest achievement or biggest accomplishment since you began working with Hyatt Training: My biggest accomplishment is maintaining the motivation to get up early and get a good workout in before work.
What advice would you give to other people starting on their fitness journey? Stay focused and don’t try to achieve your fitness goals over night.
