When Margie first began her training sessions she was relatively new to regular exercise and admittedly a little intimidated by the process. Her main goals were simple and straight-forward so the real challenge was in creating the space in her life to engage in a more active lifestyle, on top of committing to her new personal training regimen. Over the last year and a half Margie has worked consistently and diligently, attending regular training sessions, adding in water aerobics and walking multiple times a week to supplement her strength training. Since that first session her posture and confidence have transformed as have her strength and flexibility. Between all of that and her ability to quote classic musicals, Margie is an absolute joy to work with and continues to work hard towards her new goals.

Goals when she started: I wanted to improve my posture and overall health, but not hurt myself.

Goals today: I continue to work on improving my posture. I’m always working to increase my strength, flexibility and balance.

Biggest area of improvement: My biggest areas of improvement are my flexibility, shoulder movement, 90+ second planks(!), and continued motivation to show up at the gym and exercise.

Favorite thing about Hyatt Training: I love the positive environment for successful training. I enjoy seeing myself and others make progress.

Favorite thing about your personal trainer: Bevin is an athlete/dancer/teacher who listens to my goals and encourages and motivates me to keep working & improving. We have formed a partnership to improve and keep me aware of my health.

Proudest achievement or biggest accomplishment since you began working with Hyatt Training: I do not consider myself an athlete, but I have continued to come to my training sessions and continued to work to become a more active person. I feel good about myself and my accomplishments.
