Length of time with Hyatt Training and date when you started: I started with Hyatt Training in October of 2014, so I have been a client for about 18 months.
Goals when she started: My goals were to return to the level of fitness that I had prior to four years of knee injuries and surgeries, to lose weight and improve general strength and health, and to run again.
Goals today: I’d like to improve my swimming skills and train for a triathlon. I’m shooting to increase my running and cycling pace and distance.
Biggest area of improvement: Over the past 18 months, I have significantly increased my strength, general health and fitness level.
Favorite thing about Hyatt Training: I love the variety of workouts available within the studio. When it isn’t my training day, I can pick from the workouts on the chalkboard (strength, or Hour of Power) or the spin workout. I don’t have to spend much time thinking about what to do, I just show up!
Proudest achievement or biggest accomplishment since you began working with Hyatt Training: When I started Hyatt Training I had doubts that I would be able to return to the same level of fitness, given the health setbacks I had with my knees. Particularly, I wasn’t sure I would be able to run again. But, in a short number of months Jeremy had me safely running 5Ks. I can’t express how happy I was to cross the finish line of the Shamrock Run after four long years!
