Length of time with Hyatt Training: Since 2013

Goals when you started: 1) Get back in shape from an ankle and shoulder injury. 2) Lose some weight, gain more definition and get stronger. 3) Have better balance and coordination.

Goals today: Continue to get stronger, maintain a healthy weight, gain more muscle definition and become more flexible.

Biggest areas of improvement: I am much stronger and have more endurance. I am able to run and bike for longer periods of time. Back pain has completely gone away, and shoulder is much improved. I look forward to my workouts and feel bad when I miss a day!

Proudest achievement: The Hour of Power Challenge has given me great results for endurance and strength. I am 55 and in the best shape of my life!

Favorite thing about Hyatt Training: I have been very impressed with Jeremy as a trainer and motivator. With his excellent guidance, I have seen amazing results. I look better, I have lost 10 lbs, feel better, I have more energy, balance and coordination. I feel like I have finally found the right work-out program.
