Goals when he started: When I first started working with Jeremy in 2005, I was interested in making endurance and strength gains. I had a stroke in 2013. As I recovered (and continue to recover) my goals have changed considerably. Both the strength and conditioning work and yoga sessions at Hyatt Training support my goals and ability to function optimally in daily life.
Goals today: Continued work on balance, strength and flexibility
Biggest area of improvement: Balance.
Favorite thing about Hyatt Training: Jeremy’s patience, knowledge and persistence. My workouts are personalized to meet my changing needs. I like the friendly atmosphere and interaction with other clients and this community. My yoga sessions with Lee are very encouraging and instructive.
