Goals when he started: When I started at Hyatt Training, I had lost almost 100 pounds in the previous year and I wanted to insure that I could keep that weight off and also to run a marathon, which I had started working toward.
Goals today: Stay healthy and continue to get stronger with a long-term goal of a triathlon.
Biggest area of improvement: My biggest area of improvement is in overall strength and running speed. My PR pace for half marathon has consistently improved.
Favorite thing about Hyatt Training: Jeremy, of course. He is able to keep the workouts fun and always different while gently motivating me to get better.
Proudest achievement or biggest accomplishment since you began working with Hyatt Training: There are many things to choose from for accomplishments since joining the Hyatt Training community: completing two more marathons beyond the first, riding Cycle Oregon and learning to swim at 45. But the one that I am the most proud of is keeping off the weight that I lost at the start of this journey.
