We’ve invited Dina back to our annual speaker series because her presentation was simply that important, relevant, useful and awesome. Come dressed comfortably to learn the basic details needed to tap into and create your own meditation practice. Research continues to come out daily about the health and wellness benefits of simple, straight-forward practice of meditation. But many of us don’t know where to start or have misconceptions about what meditation is really all about.
