Sauces and dressings are routinely regarded by nutrition experts as one of the worst “foods” out there, high in calories and artificial ingredients and devoid of nutritional content. Relying on store bought sauces can destroy a well-intended food choice like a salad or scramble.

Creating your own sauces and dressings can be easy, quick, delicious and help you add valuable nutrients and vitamins to your diet. Come and learn the basics of creating your own sauces and dressings with the person who makes our favorites each and every week!

Our expert

Megan Benedict is the CEO and co-founder of Fit Kitchen Direct. She loves working out, feeling healthy, and looking goooood. A big part of that is what she puts into her body! Megan is a NASM certified personal trainer. After training (literally) thousands of people on how to exercise correctly, she noticed that there was a huge need for education on eating. That’s where Fit Kitchen Direct came to life. Having done food prep for herself and clients, Megan started getting requests for recipes and where to get the food she was making. After significant research with other experts, Megan launched Fit Kitchen Direct, to serve organic, gluten free, and delicious meals that feed the long-term body, without compromise.
