2020 is a hard one to make sense of. It’s certainly not a year we can wrap up and put a tidy bow on here in our final post of 2020.

Echoing so many of the stories we’re hearing in holiday cards from friends and family near and far, some of the best things and some of the worst things have happened to so many of us this year.

This yin/yang quality leaves us thankful for the best parts and hopeful for what’s to come.

We’re more thankful than ever for our dedicated members and the amazing team of trainers who call the studio home. The importance of our connection to others shines through the random chaos of the year. Thank YOU for being part of the Hyatt Training community.

You have our word that we’ll be ready to hit the ground running towards anything 2021 may bring! But first, a mini break to rejuvenate. This will be our last post until January 1.
