Are you ready for the Tour de France? Starting July 4th the world’s best cyclists take on the world’s biggest bike race. Hyatt Training will be following Le Tour every step of the way!
Join us every weekday morning for live stages on both TV’s July 6th through July 26th
Oh, and did we mention the stickers? I will be posting a new bike workout everyday that matches the stage and terrain the pros will be riding. Each workout will be approximately 45 minutes in length. There are 21 stages and we’ll be open for 14 of them (rest day on July 20, no live stage).
My goal is for those participating to join us for approximately three rides a week, for a total of nine workouts during the race. Hit 10 and there may be a prize too! No doping please.
We have two sets of rollers, several trainers and two stationary bikes that both have power meters. There are plenty of options to get your ride in. Mix in a little strength or mobility work off of the weekly workouts on the white boards and you’ll be set for the day!
Coverage of the tour starts every morning at 5:00 am and generally lasts 3-4 hours depending on the stage. Come early and you’ll be sure to see some of the stage everyday. And get your sticker.
