1 Each Reiki session is 50 minutes long and is customized to your needs. Your session can include chakra rebalancing, deep relaxation and stress reduction.
2 You’ll remain fully clothed other than shoes. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes to optimize relaxation.
3 The session usually begins with a brief discussion about your intention for the session, and if there are specific areas you’d like to be focused on during the session.
4 During the session it is common to feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, and a sense of deep relaxation and calmness.
5Experiences vary by individual, although many enter a very peaceful state, allowing the body and mind to rest, recharge, and facilitate healing.
