Cash-pay physical therapy

Our cash-pay model allows us to focus on your health and care without being subject to the timelines and limitations placed by insurance companies. That means you get the best care, in the fastest and most cost-efficient manner.

Fewer patients

We maintain a low volume of patients so we can focus on high-quality care that matches your unique needs—from post-surgical rehabilitation, to general health and wellness, to high-level performance.

Direct care

You will receive 50 minutes of undivided attention from your physical therapist. You won’t be passed off to trainers or aides. Your PT will focus on getting you back to doing what you love.

Faster results

Get immediate access to a Doctor of Physical Therapy for quicker evaluation, diagnosis and treatment plan. Research shows this leads to faster recovery times and potentially lower healthcare costs.

Out-of-network

Hyatt Training does not accept health insurance, but patients can submit their physical therapy bill to their insurance company for possible reimbursement (depending on benefits).

What to expect

1 All new patients go through a comprehensive and extensive assessment. Our physical therapists will evaluate you to determine the best treatment plan and approach. They access your strengths and weaknesses, activities and personal health and fitness goals. In addition to discussing all the life details that surround your health and wellness, you will receive a movement screen and whole-health evaluation.

2 At the end of your first appointment, your physical therapist expertly crafts a treatment plan just for you. You can expect to see a lot of passion, thought, attention and expertise during your visit. These treatment plans are efficient and effective because every visit is focused just on what you need—not dictated by insurance companies and “units.”

3 Follow up treatments will build upon initial evaluation findings, continuing to treat any functional impairments and build strength. Working 1:1 with your therapist at all times, you can expect both manual therapy techniques to make you feel better and therapeutic exercises to further improve your movement quality. You will continue learning about your body and gain independence to optimize your health and feel your best!
