About me

Born and raised in Portland, I was hooked on health, fitness and sports at an early age. I was inspired after running my first 5k and excelled as an athlete in soccer and tennis. After many years working at Adidas in sports marketing, I recently decided to pivot to my passion of health and fitness. I truly believe we live our best lives being healthy and active. I want to connect with others in our community to help them live their best lives!

My goal is to build genuine connections and help clients achieve their fitness goals. With my passion for health and fitness, my NASM personal training education and my professional customer service background, I promise to deliver on an unparalleled personal training experience every step of the way.

Specialties

Strength training, weight loss, muscle gain, injury prevention and confidence building. I welcome clients at all fitness levels who are committed to enhancing their life through movement.

Let me help you move!

Outside the gym

I live in NW Portland (3 blocks from Hyatt Training!) and love Portland for its outdoor activities and food scene. My wife and I love to hike, bike, jog and paddleboard to take advantage of the great Pacific Northwest while capturing moments through photography. Having grown up in Portland, attended the University of Oregon, and previously lived in Seattle, I’m passionate about my Blazers, Ducks and Seahawks! When I’m not being physically active, you can find me eating tacos at ¿Por Qué No?
