Education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Suffolk University, Associate’s degree in occupational therapy from The Swedish Institute.

Proudest athletic achievements:

  • Completing a solo trek to Annurpurna base camp in Nepal

About me

I’ve been in the fitness industry for almost 15 years. Being athletic and living a healthy lifestyle have always been important to me. I’m definitely not a sit-behind-a-desk kind of a person. Personal training combines my love of helping people with my need to move. I’ve had many wonderful experiences as a trainer, but my favorite and most memorable is helping one of my clients lose 140 pounds. We worked together for 16 months, and I’m proud to say four years later my client has kept the weight off and is leading a super healthy life!

My ideal client is someone who wants to learn about and understand his/her body. I help my clients by listening and understanding their drive and motivation. I push, but I’m never forceful and always listen.


I help clients with fitness for golf and tennis, injury prevention, rehabilitation, weight loss, muscle gain, boot camps and confidence building. I specialize in weight management, sports-specific training, post-natal exercise and endurance and strength training—I especially love helping women get stronger.


I will always give you 100%—all I ask is the same in return. Nothing is out of reach if you put in the work. Progress takes time, and the best way to achieve your goals is through consistency. Being healthy is a lifestyle.

Outside the gym

I was born and raised in England and moved to the United States when I was 18. I attended college in Boston and have lived in Boulder, Colo., and Los Angeles. I’ve spent the last 14 years in New York City, but I was ready for a change and to get back to nature. I love the water so I live down by the river and have an amazing view of Mount Hood. Besides being active, I also love traveling and food. I will take any and all restaurant recommendations! I love all things mid-century modern, and I love design. When football season starts, I will be unavailable Sundays for 16 weeks. I’m an avid dog lover who went to the shelter to adopt a puppy and ended up with two kittens. I don’t know how it happened, but I love them dearly and can’t imagine my home without them!
