I’ve worked as a personal trainer and as a high school strength and conditioning coach. I also worked on the training staff at the Biggest Loser Resort Niagara. I decided to become a personal trainer because of my love for anatomy and physiology combined with my inner drive to help others. It’s so rewarding to watch someone accomplish a physical task they weren’t able to do before. Clients work with me to move better, increase strength and improve their body composition.
My specialties include strength training, muscle gain, weight loss, athleticism and sport-specific training.
Consistency is key! No fitness achievement comes quick or without a lot of repetition. The more effort you put into your training, the happier you will be with how your body responds. There’s also no one correct method when it comes to training. What’s important is to pursue a program that meshes with your lifestyle and interests.
Outside the gym
I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and currently live in SW Portland with my girlfriend. Outside the gym, I like to hike, bike, play disc golf, play lacrosse and go to concerts.
