Are you a runner who’s experienced any kind of pain or injury? More than 75% of runners get injured every year. Whether you’re recovering from an old injury or looking to prevent a new one, understanding how to prepare your body for running is important for every runner.
We will discuss specific exercises and training strategies to reduce the risk of injury, build strength, improve tendon health, and optimize running economy and performance.
Dr. Colleen McGinnis earned her doctorate in physical therapy in 2008 from the University of South Florida and has a bachelor’s degree in health science. Along with being a physical therapist, certified nutrition coach, and a personal trainer
