We invite you to come spend an hour with personal trainer and nutritionist Dustin Millhollen as he discusses the science behind good, sustainable nutrition and how to implement a nutritional strategy that works for you long term. He’ll pay particular attention to the roles and importance of the three macro nutrients and other important vitamins and minerals that go into helping you achieve and maintain optimal health. He will also discuss briefly easy strategies for effective pre-workout nutrition to help you get the best out of your workouts!
Dustin Millhollen is a personal trainer and nutritionist at Hyatt Training. He holds an MS in Nutrition from National University of Natural Medicine and a CSCS from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
