Intuitive eating is an evidence-based, mind-body approach to health, designed to get us back to our roots. It’s a personal process, focused on listening to our bodies’ messages in order to meet our physical and psychological needs.
Join us as we dive in to learn about the 10 principles of intuitive eating, and how to apply them. We’ll discuss things like how to ditch diet culture, what to do about emotional eating, and how to honor your body, long-term, with decisions surrounding food. Intuitive eating is for everyone.
