We’ve been looking to incorporate a convenient nutrition component with offerings at the studio for a long time and are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Fit Kitchen Direct.

We just formed a partnership with Fit Kitchen Direct, a meal delivery service that specializes in healthy lunch and dinner options. Hyatt Training is a drop off location for them, you can have your meals delivered here every Sunday, then pick up up Monday morning for the week ahead. Here’s a little more information.

Who is this for?

Anyone who is looking to streamline their nutrition, but stay true to how they’d like to eat if they had all the time in the world. Life gets busy, feeding yourself healthy food is hard and time-consuming. Whether you are a new mother, busy dad, or just a self-proclaimed terrible cook Fit Kitchen Direct is here every week to help you stay on track with your goals.

What is it exactly?

A healthy meal prep and delivery company started right here in Portland. They use all natural and free range meats, organic vegetables and everything they make is gluten, dairy, refined sugar-free, and always delicious. They make meal packs of 5-12 in regular, extra protein and vegan as well as their own protein bar. Each meal is meant to be roughly 500 calories and 40/30/30 split (will vary slightly).

When, how, where?

Order online at before midnight on Thursday and we will deliver your order straight to Hyatt Training or your door step on Sunday. Your meals will be waiting for you at the studio on Monday morning. Use the code “Hyatt15” for 15% off your first order.
