Work Hard / Rest Hard. Here’s a big prediction for 2026, going into 2027. Nervous system regulation is the next protein, sleep, fiber, Zone 2.
The more we learn about the impacts of high drive, high anxiety, high stress, the more we realize their strong connection to many morbidity factors. You’ll see tons of devices out there now to address this (ask me about my Apollo Neuro!) and that number plus other modalities will continue to gain popularity over the next 12-18 months.
But we’ve already been doing this, and we’re so excited to provide more ways to help!
As we look at a series of Good–>Better–>Best ways to address numerous health standards, we’ll start with recovery, and its effect on nervous system regulation.
Good –> Spend 5-10 minutes after a hard workout down regulating before you transition back to life. Hop on a foam roller, do some light stretching or mobility work, put your feet up on a box and BREATHE. The science of breathwork is incredible and just a short series of deep slow breaths can have a profound impact on your overall health, blood pressure, and HRV.
Better –> Try a session with Adam for Acupuncture. It’s great at calming the nervous system, promoting recovery, and improving health and healing.

Best –> Use a wearable and track your sleep. 7-8 hours of GOOD sleep is one of the biggest things you can do for longterm health span. If you wake up feeling tired, know that you often have interrupted sleep or simply realize you don’t sleep enough then hacking into your sleep hygiene and enhancing both quality and quantity can make a huge difference.
I’m always happy to dig into this deeper in my weekly office hours. Just like exercise, consistency is critical to success.
