Just like the strength and conditioning plan with your trainer is customized to your specific needs, come and learn how nutrition can be tailored to your unique biochemistry. The session will be especially beneficial for members facing chronic disease, cancer or those who haven’t been able to reach their goals despite hours in the gym and careful attention to nutrition.
Megan Barnett works with clients suffering from auto- immune disorders, joint pain, diabetes, allergies, cardiovascular disease, dementia and more. She’s seen hundreds of people reverse symptoms of disease and dysfunction and regain their health by identifying the nutrition approach that meets their distinct needs..
Even if your biggest goal is just living the longest, most energetic and healthiest life possible, this session is a must!
Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Kansas State University and a master’s degree in human nutrition and functional medicine from the University of Western States in Portland. Her unique education blends conventional nutrition science with cutting-edge evidence-based research aimed at identifying and reversing root causes of unwanted symptoms and disease using nutrition to support healing.
When Megan isn’t working clinically, she ghostwrites books, blogs and articles for doctors around the country.
