Join us on Sunday October 1st at Hyatt Training from 8:30am-10am for a live workshop hosted by low back pain expert and in-house physical therapist, Keaton Ray, PT. We will discuss the 3 most common causes of low back pain and how to fix them. The goal of the workshop is to empower you with tools you can use on a day to day basis to not only treat your symptoms, but get to the source of the problem.

Our expert

Keaton has been with Advance Sports and Spine Therapy since 2014 and is currently the clinic manager of the NW Portland location located inside Hyatt Training. She graduated with honors from Duke University in 2014 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and from University of the Pacific in 2011 with her Certified Athletic Training degree. Keaton has a passion for helping athletes decrease the incidence of injury as well as prolonging the longevity of their careers through the unique skill set that comes with being a gymnast, former coach, athletic trainer, and a doctor of physical therapy.
