The Hour of Power Challenge is off to a great start! More than 40 people have accepted the challenge of 10 hard workouts in 3 months, some even doubling up and doing 2x per week. For almost everyone, these workouts have supplemented the hard work they already put in and have added some intensity, variety and accountability to their weekly regime.
Best yet is the variety of athletes who have taken the challenge. All ages and experience levels have found the workouts approachable and the sense of accomplishment strong upon completing the workouts.
