High intensity interval training is a great way to build lean muscle mass, drop fat weight and increase cardiovascular capacity. It’s also fantastic for trading limited workout time for maximum results and keeping the incidence of repetitive movement injuries low.
The Hour of Power (HOP) takes about 60 minutes, depending on types of sets and how fast you’re willing to go. It will challenge anyone and can be easily adapted for ALL athletic abilities and schedules. It’s even more fun with a friend or two, so coordinate schedules and help each other finish!
3 months, 1 HOP per week, GO!
From Jan. 1 to April 1, we’ll challenge the whole Hyatt Training community to perform one HOP per week. Participants will get stickers to chronicle their HOP workouts on the board. Complete 10 HOPs in 12 weeks, and you’ll get a special gift from Hyatt Training!
