Holiday hours

The studio will be closed on Thanksgiving day. On Friday, Jeremy will hold regularly scheduled client sessions and the studio will be open regular hours. Join us for an Hour of Power if you can! All independent trainers set their own schedules, so please be sure to confirm any session times with them directly.
