The winter solstice is on December 22. As the longest night of the year, we believe these last couple weeks of December are for turning inward and resting. Just as the foods we eat fluctuate with the seasons, so do our moods and energy. While we’re not advocating sitting on the couch with potato chips, it’s okay – even good – to have a little yin to go along with our yang.

Have no fear, we’ll be encouraging you to be back in full force come January! The #HOPx10 Hour of Power Challenge starts on January 4. We’re excited to kick off 2016!
