One of my favorite things about nutrition is how personal the journey and exploration can be. As the new year approached, I loved seeing questions pop up on Facebook about paleo vs. vegan as seekers looked for new approaches to their health.
Having accurate and reliable information about our decisions and ideas is paramount.
We certainly learn from those around us. While Jeremy and I subscribe to a vegetarian, minimally-processed, whole-foods approach, I loved reading our trainer Tyler’s blog post about his paleo journey.
At the end of the day, YOU are the one who gets to experiment and decide what is best. And there is much value in that reflection and journey.
