With the opening of the new studio, we’ve expanded our open hours each day. This means you’ll be able to come in for independent workouts more times throughout the week!

Studio Hours beginning Monday 8/14

Monday – Thursday 5 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Friday 5 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Saturday 7 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

We’re excited to be able to add 17 more hours of available and supported gym time each week. Please help us welcome Jason Simpson to the dream team (we love our trainers!). He will be working as both an independent personal trainer and a studio assistant to help provide the expanded evening and weekend open times.
