The reality of “normal life” has shifted for now. Step 1 in our new normal at Hyatt Training is the reopening of our common gathering space. The next steps are taking shape as we look to ways to keep our community close-knit while maintaining a vibrant and healthy space. We can’t wait to share the details that we’ve got in store.
We’re here supporting you every step of the way, and we promise to always be candid and open with you. As Multnomah County re-opens we’re all navigating the balance of safety and freedom. We have done everything we can to make the studio the safest environment outside of your own home. We truly believe that, and we’d welcome the chance to give you a tour so that you can see it for yourself.
Before your first visit back:
1) Please watch this video to know 100% what to expect from your experience.
2) Please sign an updated liability waiver. Our new electronic waiver is connected directly to your Hyatt Training Mindbody account used for billing, so be sure to use the email address associated with your Hyatt Training account.
3) The day before each and every visit to the studio you’ll need to complete a health declaration. Your trainer will confirm your time and request this submission each day before your session. It will also live on our homepage for easy access.
Like all things, we’re going above and beyond the Governor’s guidelines for gyms. We’ve created a schedule for the reserved session slots that has maximum physical distance. Reserve through your trainer or email us to share your plans if you haven’t already!
We welcome the chance to offer any unreserved time slots to members wanting to do an individual or chalkboard workout. Please let us know if you’re interested in grabbing reserved workout spaces that might go unclaimed.
We can’t wait to see you inside our beautiful studio walls, or in one of our fully equipped reserved outside workout areas (if that feels safer to you at this time).
In health,
Jeremy and Lee
