In May, Hyatt Training started its first corporate wellness program with Mortgage Trust. Unique in the world of corporate wellness programs, our partnership with Mortgage Trust is built around the same one-on-one personal training sessions that are the DNA of everything we do at Hyatt Training.
While each employee works out individually with their personal trainer, the program has still inspired commeraderie and team building. For the last 63 days, five Mortgage Trust employees have been taking part in the “Fall Back Into Routine Challenge” created by their personal trainer Sarah Griffin. You may have seen a sticker chart up near the mirrors at the studio. Participants were able to earn points in three ways: completed chalk board workouts, cardio outside the gym including walking, running and customized at-home-workouts, and weight loss.
Jody Maxwell is the hard-working winner of that challenge!
Jody accepted the challenge with a competitive and fun-spirit. She completed 21 chalkboard workouts, accumulated 11 hours of walking/jogging, and lost 7.5% body weight and a total of six inches. WAY TO GO, Jody!
