April is one of our favorite months! There’s a hope of spring, warmer weather and the results from the hard work we did during all the dark cold winter months here in Portland.

#HOPx10 congrats and awesome job

The #HOPx10 Challenge is complete! And we’re celebrating at the studio all month long! Have you picked up your finisher’s shirt?

We’re always so proud of the effort that goes into these workouts and especially so for those members who tried the Hour of Power for the first time this year during the challenge. It’s really cool to push outside your comfort zone and see what happens. With 39 total finishers and an average of 600 calories per workout, it equals somewhere in the neighborhood of 2.5 million calories burned over the past 3 months!

The HOP workouts will continue to refresh each week throughout the year, the only difference is you’ll have to provide your own stickers Congrats everyone!

4/15 Plantar fasciitis & Achilles tendonitis workshop
