As we savor the holiday weekend and last sips of summer, a new season awaits. It feels like a necessary and welcome changing of the guards to us. September has alway been a time to re-focus on goals around health, nutrition and habit forming. As we buckle down to get to work helping you reach your goals, we want to press pause to say THANK YOU.

These six months have been the hardest the studio has ever faced. While we’ve fought the good fight our community has been right there by our side. We really needed them! We will never be able to express our gratitude for the continued support of our small business. But we will try: THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Some have asked how it’s going. Let us start by saying, we feel incredibly lucky to be open and to have the amazing group of trainers on our team that we do. We’ve been humbled by the new members that have joined our community over the last two months.

In July and August we saw right at 30% of the training sessions at the studio that we did prior to COVID. This is a great start after a 100 day closure – but we do hope to continue to see growth in sessions (inside or outside) at the studio as we recover as a community.

If you know of anyone who could use some support and structure, we’d love if you could connect us. If you are inclined to share your experience on social media or in a review on Yelp or Google, it is appreciated.

Thank you to our Hyatt Training family for being by our side through this moment. We are humbled and grateful.

In health,
Lee and Jeremy
