I am extremely passionate about health and fitness. Nothing makes me more excited than to join someone on their journey to becoming healthier. I love to challenge people and watch them grow. It’s amazing to see the confidence people develop in the gym translate to the rest of their lives.
My ideal clients are women, and the way I train is tailored toward the needs and preferences of women. I design workouts that focus on areas where women want to strengthen or lean out.
I help my clients by not only making them physically stronger but mentally stronger as well. I know how far they can be pushed, and I set them up for success. There is no better feeling than knowing you crushed your workout!
Working out can be intimidating for some people, especially if they have never worked out before, so I make sure my clients feel comfortable. I want my clients to look forward to working out with me and for their workout experience to be a positive one.
Coming from a track and field and cross country background, I have extensive knowledge about running. I also specialize in yoga, body weight training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), core training, spinning and lower body strength training.
There are no shortcuts to success. It’s important not only to show up but also to be present during your workouts. You have to put in the work to see results. Health and fitness are a lifestyle, and I ask my clients to take this approach both inside and outside of the gym. When you cancel a session, you cancel on both yourself and me.
Outside the gym
Even though I’ve been in Oregon since 2007, I am still a California girl at heart. I was born in Santa Cruz, Calif., then moved to El Dorado Hills in high school. My family now lives in Pismo Beach. I currently live in Southeast Portland. When I’m not training, I enjoy yoga dates with friends, naps with my French bulldog Dolce and watching movies (though I usually fall asleep within 5 minutes).
