Cooking fresh: winter soups and salads
Back by popular demand and with a new topic, Roland Carfagno, owner of Justa Pasta, will bring us his take on simple soups and salads for the winter months. Easy to prepare for a meal at night or for lunches all week, these dishes are fresh and full of nutritional value. With more than 20 years of success in the restaurant industry, Roland will share his tips on how to use fresh local, seasonal ingredients.
